Technology Upgrade Notice

Since the merger between Six Flags and Cedar Fair, we’ve been working hard to enhance the guest experience at our parks. This includes things you can see—like fresh paint, restaurant renovations, and landscaping—and things behind the scenes—like technology upgrades—to help us serve you better.

Over the next few months, Six Flags parks will undergo a series of technological upgrades. As a result of this work, the following features have been impacted:

  • The Six Flags Pass Portal has been deactivated and will soon be replaced by a new account experience.
    • For more information on your pass or membership, please continue to use the Six Flags Mobile app.
    • To update payment information, view payment status, make payments, modify your Legacy Six Flags Membership, or view receipts, please go to sixflags.com/payments.

  • The Six Flags Rewards Points Program will officially sunset at the end of 2025. We are actively working on a plan to address outstanding points across Six Flags and will share more details as they become available.
  • In 2026, Six Flags will run a unified loyalty program under Pass Perks, designed to deliver a more streamlined and rewarding experience for all our guests. Thank you for your patience and continued loyalty as we transition to this exciting new chapter.

  • A new Six Flags mobile app will be launching soon. Until that time, due to a technical issue, multiple versions of your pass may appear in the current Six Flags mobile app. If you encounter this issue, scan any one of the barcodes for entry and applicable discounts or add-ons.
